SimpleTire
SimpleTire is a leading direct-to-consumer online tire retailer. The company turned to Work & Co to establish the brand as a destination for tires, while also defining a long-term roadmap for evolving SimpleTire.com towards a more personalized, guided experience that drives conversion and develops ongoing relationships with customers. We also helped them modernize their tech stack— built on a new foundation of Next.js and Vercel for application hosting and distribution.
The new site launched in October 2020. Since launch, the site has seen a significant increase in average order value, organic traffic, and organic channel conversion.

Beloved beauty and skincare brand Aesop spent two decades building a devoted following and a $250 million business, all without advertising. The Australia-based brand asked Work & Co to bring their brand to life online with a new global e-commerce experience.
Working together, we created an immersive digital storefront inspired by the in-store experience. The sites feel like a natural extension of the brand, with unique design frameworks that seamlessly guide new and loyal shoppers to check-out. Our front-end developers collaborated with Hybris consultants to build a flexible architecture that integrates with the existing infrastructure and CMS-enabled templates.
The global site launched in 2017, and was named "Best Website Design" by Fast Company.

Montreal-based ALDO Group asked Work & Co to elevate its brand—and make the shopping experience faster, mobile-first, and more social—via a series of new digital products. We began our partnership with ALDO’s first e-commerce website overhaul in a decade, giving shoppers across the U.S., Canada and 10 other global markets a more premium, responsive way to shop. Our relationship grew into broad customer-experience strategy, including in-store and employee touchpoints, content integration, and a new loyalty program.
The strategy, design, and development of ALDO’s global omnichannel platforms resulted in a 15% increase in online revenue, and a 10% increase in store conversion.

Three entities — the MTA, the Transit Innovation Partnership, and Work & Co — came together in 2018 with the goal of creating a new digital tool to help riders better plan their journeys. Eighteen months later, the first real-time, live map of the New York City subway system was launched. This ambitious project marks the network’s first major redesign in four decades.
Work & Co led the new map’s design, technical architecture, and web application development. The work has been featured in The New York Times, Curbed, and Ad Age, as well as a short documentary by filmmaker Gary Hustwit titled "The Map."
