Focus Brands
With new consumer expectations for convenience-based restaurant experiences, leading developer of global food service chains Focus Brands saw the need for contactless restaurant services to reach customers for each of its seven chains.
Merkle built the brand a unified set of cutting-edge eCommerce websites and mobile apps to support multi-channel ordering and personalized loyalty experiences, giving it a scalable, high-performance product designed to support the company’s current brand portfolio and easily add more in the future. Next.js and Vercel were leveraged to build user-centric, rapidly deployable websites with integrations into the Olo commerce platform and Sitecore JSS.

Nixon Peabody
Nixon Peabody partnered with Merkle on a comprehensive website transformation to move from an informative experience to one that engaged audiences and sparked conversations for the modern web. Merkle integrated the Sitecore Experience Platform with a headless architecture, and a JSS next application connected to the configured Sitecore API to produce a static site on Vercel. This allowed front- and back-end teams to work together throughout the implementation process. The separation of headless on Vercel gave the website the advantage of a statically cached site to reach faster load speeds that are hard to attain in a traditional Sitecore implementation.

General Assembly
General Assembly, a leader in upskilling 80,000+ individuals, faced marketing tech challenges that hindered growth. With Merkle, they redesigned and migrated their website to Sitecore XM Cloud, prioritizing future growth, speed, and scalability. Merkle implemented a reusable design system underpinned by a modern composable DXP using Sitecore XM Cloud and Vercel, integrated with Bynder DAM and Google Analytics. To decrease time to market, they utilized an incremental migration strategy allowing the new and old site to operate simultaneously. This resulted in a 12.5% increase in page speed, a 44% increase in new site visits and 43% increase in paid search click-to-lead conversion rate.
